Many bay side and eastern suburbs had substantial offerings, with many owners in the $1 – $2 Million price range having to meet the market in order to facilitate a sale.
Inner city didn’t have the huge supply of auctions that many other parts of Melbourne experienced on Saturday. There were also good examples of strong sales such as 38 Arnold Street Carlton North with a selling price of $940k against an advertised quote price of $800k – $880k.
