We’ve seen plenty of supply recently. This has been highly unusual for this time of year.
Many agents will list a property a number of weeks before any internet advertising takes place. What I’m hearing here is that many agents are ‘light on’ for upcoming auctions.
A shortage in supply should mean a stabilising period in terms of pricing. It could actually drive clearances and prices up. Only time will tell.
