Secret Agent HQ Pty Ltd (ACN 139 418 223), trading as Secret Agent, operates this website.

Privacy has been a first principle of the firm since its founding. That principle extends to the website itself.

This site does not track you. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not monitor your browsing behaviour, and because we do not store tracking cookies, there are no consent banners to dismiss.

The only personal information we hold is information you choose to give us — your name, your email address, and whatever you include in a message through the contact form. We use that information to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.

Our web infrastructure, including our content delivery network, processes basic server data — anonymised connection information, browser type, and request timestamps — for operational security. This is automatic, contains no personal profiles, and is purged on a rolling schedule. It is not used for any other purpose.

Where we provide advisory services, records are retained in accordance with Australian professional and legal standards.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to any personal information we hold about you, or ask that it be corrected or deleted. Requests can be directed to info@secretagent.com.au.
